Processing Times

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During new launches, sales, or holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer but we’ll always do our best to keep things speedy.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide, with shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Australia

• Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days

• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

New Zealand

• Standard International: 7-14 business days

• Express International: 3-7 business days

All other locations are dependant on international courier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey to your doorstep.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will ship once all items are ready. If you’d like in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Shipping Issues

We take great care in packing your order, but once it leaves our hands, delivery times and transit conditions are managed by the carrier.

Address Accuracy
