REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
 
Thanks for shopping with us at CC! We want you to love your new goods, but if you don’t, we get it.

Full price items can be refunded. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code can be exchanged for a new item or store credit.

The cost of return shipping is yours (sorry, but we're just a little fish in a big pond).

Please note that gift cards are non-refundable, but you’ve got a year to let them burn a hole in your pocket. 


RETURN CRITERIA

Once received, we'll review your item to ensure that it meets the return criteria. We reserve the right to reject a return if it does not meet the below conditions:

  • Items are in saleable condition
  • Items are unworn, unwashed and unused
  • All tags are attached and any packaging in tact
  • Items are returned within 14 days of receiving your order

If your return is deemed ineligible, you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred to return it back to you.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

Faulty items are the pits, and we’re sorry if this has happened. We pride ourself on high quality items and never want anything that isn't up to scratch to leave our doors.

Please email us at ringmaster@citruscircus.au within 7 days of delivery. To keep things speedy, please include a description and images of the fault in your initial email.

We reserve the right to reject a faulty request if it is evident that the fault is a result of misuse.
